This Privacy Policy sets forth the handling of users' personal information and related information in all smartphone applications and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services") provided by JM Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

Article 1 (Collection and Use of Information)

The Provider does not generally collect information such as names, addresses, or phone numbers through input forms on the Services. However, for the operation of the Services, understanding usage status, ad delivery, billing processing, etc., device information, advertising IDs, IP addresses, usage logs, purchase history information, etc., may be acquired through third-party services.

Examples of Collected Information

  • Device information (IP address, OS type, etc.)
  • Access logs, usage time, crash data, and performance data within the Services
  • Approximate location information (for ad optimization and analysis)
  • Advertising IDs (IDFA for iOS, AAID for Android, etc.)
  • In-app purchase history information (not directly linked to the user's personal information)

Third-Party Services Used

Article 2 (Retention Period of Information)

The Provider strives to retain user information held by the Provider only for the period necessary for the operation of the Services or as required by law, and thereafter securely delete or anonymize it. However, the retention period of information held by third-party services shall be in accordance with the policies established by each respective business operator.

Article 3 (Advertising Opt-out)

The Services may use Google AdMob to display personalized advertisements. Users can restrict the use of advertising IDs by changing their device settings.

  • iOS: You can change the settings from "Settings" -> "Privacy & Security" -> "Tracking".
  • Android: You can change the settings from "Settings" -> "Google" -> "Ads".

* By uninstalling the Services (app), you may be able to stop new information transmission via the Services. However, regarding the handling of information already transmitted to and stored by third-party services, please check the policies of each business operator.

Article 4 (Children's Privacy)

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such users. In the event that we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

Article 5 (Security)

The Provider implements reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of user information.

Article 6 (Changes to this Policy)

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Services after the changes will be deemed as acceptance of the revised contents.

Article 7 (Contact Us)

Users may contact the Provider to inquire about or consult on the deletion of user information held by the Provider. However, regarding information held by third parties such as ad delivery network and billing management network, procedures and policies established by such third parties shall apply.
